Purpose or role of the position within the organization:
Entertainment Business Work Study – Social Media Specialist
*This role is NOT to promote LAFS, but independent social media platforms (separate from LAFS Social team) to share Entertainment Business current events, and content approved by Senior Program Director and Program Manager.
Duties and responsibilities associated with the position and how they relate to the purpose or role:
Working closely with EB Program Directors:
– Monitor and publish content within LAFS EB Social Media platforms
– Increase EB student-awareness of LAFS EB Social Media platforms
– Create weekly social media campaigns
General qualifications for the position:
Experienced with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms
– Knowledgable of social media analytics/campaigns
– Excellent writing and communication skills
– Knowledgable of Entertainment Business programs
