Melissa will talk about best interview practices and how to prepare for a meeting at the studio you want to work for. She’ll also be discussing how to best answer questions and come out looking like the perfect candidate. Crafty Apes has done VFX on notable films like Spider-Man: No Way Home, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, and Jumanji, as well as numerous TV shows and more. They have studios in Los Angeles, New York, Baton Rouge, Atlanta, and Montreal.

Jacques Thelemaque is an American screenwriter and director best known as the president of the Los Angeles film collective Filmmakers Alliance. He previously served on the board of directors for The Los Angeles Independent Film Festival (now Film Independent’s Los Angeles Film Festival) and currently sits on the advisory board of the IFP Emerging Filmmaker Labs as well as the boards of the Downtown Film Festival and the Ashland Independent Film Festival.

Animation Alley A Conversation with Pixar Animation Studios, Andrew Atteberry

Andrew Atteberry is an Emmy® award-winning animator with more than 15 years of experience. Andrew began his career working at a small studio in Nashville where he contributed several animated segments for the PBS show Sesame Street. He then moved into film at Disney Feature Animation on the film, Frozen. Over the years, he has worked on films such as Cinderella, Goosebumps, and The Peanuts movie as well as the video game Disney Infinity. Andrew is currently an Animator at Pixar Animation Studios.
